What You'll Do

As a Graphic Designer at Mindseye Creative, you will:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Skills & Tools Required

- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Claude, AI, Gemini
- Strong fundamentals visual hierarchy, composition, color, typography
- Concepting & mood-boarding
- Ability to take feedback and iterate
- Willingness to incorporate AI tools in one's workflow
