Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the visual design function for the company’s brand and educational products. This role includes supervising a design team, setting visual direction, and ensuring consistency across all design assets, including digital content, print materials, marketing campaigns, and educational resources.

The Head Graphic

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, oversee project timelines, and maintain design standards. Daily activities involve creating and reviewing graphic layouts, logos, and branded materials, establishing design guidelines, providing feedback and mentoring to designers, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.




- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for digital and print materials.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Proven experience leading or managing a design team, including mentoring and project oversight.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in education, e-learning, or related sectors is an advantage.

What You'll Do

 Design ad creatives (static & carousel) for Meta and Google campaigns — with multiple variants for A/B testing, not just one-and-done

 Create promotional and on-screen assets for our live webinars — social posts, banners, slides, certificates  Design organic social content aligned with our content calendar, across both our international and India-focused audiences

 Keep our brand identity consistent — logo, colors, typography — across every touchpoint, and build reusable templates to speed things up

 Support web/app graphics in coordination with our Tech team





 Dabble in basic video editing and motion graphics for short-form social and ad content

 Study what competitors are doing and bring original, better ideas to the table — not copies

What We're Looking For

 A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation or similar

 1–4 years of design experience, ideally with some exposure to digital advertising or social media creative  Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

 A portfolio that shows range — digital ads, social posts, and at least some print/collateral work

 A good eye for layout, typography and brand consistency Nice to Have

 Experience in EdTech or student recruitment

 Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads creative specs

 Basic video editing / motion graphics chops (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)  Some Figma experience for web/app design collaboration

 A knack for writing or tweaking short ad copy to go with your creative
