Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Gurugram, collaborating closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop visual assets for digital and print channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for social media campaigns, marketing materials, and product and business branding initiatives.

The role involves designing logos, layouts, and visual identities, selecting typography and color palettes, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Designer will also adapt designs for various platforms, prepare files for production, and refine visuals based on feedback from stakeholders.



Regular participation in brainstorming sessions, staying updated on design trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand impact are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling and brand-aligned materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems for products and businesses.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of font pairing, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and receiving constructive feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
