KLM Infra Projects is seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our Real Estate and Property Management team. In this entry-level role, the successful candidate will support the visual communication needs of the organization, helping to translate complex infrastructure concepts into engaging and professional designs. Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation of visual assets for property brochures, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns tailored to the real estate market.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop layouts for presentations, reports, and promotional materials related to infrastructure projects.
- Convert rough sketches or concepts into polished digital graphics using industry-standard software.
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palettes,



and imagery across all platforms.
- Support the preparation of print-ready files and manage digital assets for various marketing channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual storytelling in the property sector.
- Conduct research on current design trends within the real estate and construction industries to keep materials modern and competitive.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- A creative portfolio showcasing design projects, even if academic or personal in nature.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback constructively.
- Eagerness to learn about the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
