Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is a strong visual storyteller, enjoys research, and has hands-on experience creating compelling ad creatives. The ideal candidate has previously worked in an agency environment, understands platform-specific creative trends, and can design for web, social media, and paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create eye-catching and performance-driven graphics for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), social media posts, banners, and websites.
- Collaborate with paid media and social teams to produce creatives that align with campaign goals.
- Research trends and competitors to develop fresh and effective visual concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.




- Source high-quality stock images or illustrations for use in designs.
- Understand and implement platform-specific creative best practices.
- Make minor edits to videos (text overlay, resizing, trimming, basic transitions) using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
- Work with project managers and developers to create graphics for websites or landing pages.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Understanding of social media and digital advertising design formats.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Positive research skills and a creative mindset.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or animation tools is a plus.
