Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Designer role based in Rajkot.

The Graphic

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for branding materials, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating logos and brand identities, designing social media and web graphics, preparing print-ready files, and maintaining consistent visual standards across all projects. The role involves collaborating with consultants, marketers, and clients to understand project requirements, refine concepts, and deliver polished designs on schedule.

Designer will also stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication.

Qualifications

1. 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, social media creatives, or digital marketing design.
2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
3. Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy and branding.
4. Experience designing social media posts, carousels, advertisements, presentations, marketing collateral and brand assets.
5. Ability to translate briefs and marketing objectives into creative, visually engaging designs.
6. Strong attention to detail and consistency across different brand identities.
7. A good understanding of current social media design trends and digital content formats.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
9. Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with content, marketing and strategy teams.
