Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with strong visual skills and experience in advertising, branding, social media, and digital campaigns. The candidate should be able to handle projects independently from concept to final artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners & branding materials
- Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual communication
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print media
- Collaborate with creative, content, PR and client servicing teams
- Handle revisions and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Prepare artwork for digital & print production
- Stay updated with design, advertising, AI & social media trends

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced
- Adobe InDesign – Advanced
- Strong knowledge of Typography, Layout, Composition, Colour & Visual Communication




- Strong understanding of Branding & Advertising Design
- Social media design and digital campaign experience
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense

Good to have: Figma, After Effects/Motion Graphics, AI Design Tools, Basic Video Editing

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years relevant professional experience
- Degree/Diploma in Art, Graphic Design or related field
- Advertising/Creative Agency experience preferred
- Strong communication, time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In office role in Kharagpur
- Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
