About the Role

AJM Consultancy is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Navsari.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing social media content, posters, advertisements, marketing creatives, and branding materials. We are looking for someone who understands modern design trends and can turn ideas into professional and visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and professional social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create posters, advertisements, banners and promotional creatives.
- Design content for multiple client accounts while maintaining individual brand guidelines.
- Create graphics for digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing materials when required.
- Work with the digital marketing and social media team to develop campaign creatives.
- Research current social media and graphic design trends.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography and overall brand identity.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media and advertising platforms.
- Manage multiple design requirements and complete assigned work within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations,



layouts and branding.
- Experience designing social media posts and marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva.
- Ability to work with different brands and visual styles.
- Good attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Basic video editing
- CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
- AI-based creative and design tools
- Motion graphics

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.
- Previous graphic design experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate their design skills through a portfolio or previous work samples.
