Role & responsibilities

Design the graphics required for the school newsletter and social media in collaboration with respective Section Heads.

- Coordinate with the respective Section Heads to understand the events and shoot photographs of the events and click photographs as and when needed for any school program.
- Collating all the photographs in the respective folders and providing them as and when required for the newsletter or any other requirement by the School.
- Work with section heads and respective authorities to design as per the requirement.
- Coordinating between the leadership and admin team for timely printing or social media posts.
- Providing positive photos for regular website updates.
- Supervising and checking the website regularly for updates and changes.
- Study design briefs and requirements and provide inputs accordingly.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.




- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for a better design experience.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs as per the school requirement.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, outside agencies, art teachers, IT Team, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Preserving all the photos, and graphics in a proper manner for future reference.

- To support the admin team in events and other school functions/programs
- Other administrative activities may be given as and when needed/required
