We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Print Media Designer with 2–3 years of experience in print design and publishing. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills along with hands-on knowledge of AI-powered design tools to create high-quality print materials efficiently. The role involves designing visually compelling publications, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and workflow efficiency.

About the Role The Print Media Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing and promotional collaterals in line with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

Design and develop creative layouts for books, magazines, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials. Create visually engaging marketing and promotional collaterals in line with brand guidelines. Perform page layout, typography, image editing, illustration, and formatting for print publications.

Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance images, create design variations, and streamline creative workflows. Prepare print-ready files and ensure compliance with printing and production specifications. Collaborate with content, editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Review proofs, implement revisions, and ensure error-free final outputs.



Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and design standards across all publications. Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI technologies, and print production techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in print media design, publishing, or graphic design. Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel DRAW. Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, Chat GPT, DALL· E, Microsoft Designer, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and print production processes.

Experience in book publishing, educational content, magazines, or print advertising will be an advantage. Ability to create and edit AI-generated visuals while maintaining design quality and brand consistency. Solid creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of AI-assisted image generation and content creation. Basic understanding of digital publishing and social media creatives. Experience in pre-press, printing coordination, and vendor management. Familiarity with automation tools and AI-enhanced design workflows.
