We are looking for a talented and creative Media & Graphics Design Analyst with 35 years of experience in graphic design and visual communication. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and illustration, with the ability to translate business requirements into engaging and high-quality visual content.

The role involves creating compelling graphics, digital assets, presentations, illustrations, and other creative materials while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually engaging graphics, digital assets, illustrations, presentations, and marketing/communication materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on business and project requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand creative briefs and translate requirements into effective visual designs.
- Design layouts, templates, infographics, illustrations, and other visual communication assets.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and InDesign, to produce high-quality creative outputs.
- Use Figma for digital design, layouts, prototypes, and collaborative design workflows.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design standards, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and deliver projects within timelines.




- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay updated on current design trends, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Review and optimize creative assets for different digital and print formats.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design / Creative Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe InDesign
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Strong skills in illustration, layout design, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to create original and visually compelling design concepts.
- Good understanding of digital and print design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on corporate communications, marketing collateral, digital media, or brand-related creative projects.
- Knowledge of design systems and digital content creation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, illustration, and visual communication capabilities.
