Kroslo is a Cookware brand built around the TIRONOX collection — titanium-infused, lightweight cast iron cookware. We're re-engineering a traditional category with modern materials, clean design, and intentional execution across product, packaging, and campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

We're a growing brand with live campaigns, real shoots, and real deadlines — and we're looking for someone who wants to learn design the way it actually works in practice.

You're a positive fit if you've spent time in Photoshop and Illustrator, you've experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Nano Banana for design work, and you care about how things look and why.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing assets for live campaigns — social media creatives, ad visuals, packaging concepts, and more
- Sitting in on marketing brainstorming sessions
- Supporting photoshoot and video-shoot planning and execution
- Getting direct, ongoing feedback on your work




- Working with AI-assisted design tools as part of your daily workflow

What You Should Already Have

- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI design tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Nano Banana, or similar)
- An eye for clean, intentional design — a small portfolio that shows taste matters more than volume
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and stay reliable

What You'll Walk Away With

- Hands-on experience across branding, social media, and marketing design
- A working understanding of how creative fits into campaign strategy
- Direct mentorship and regular feedback for 3 months
- Portfolio work used in real, live campaigns

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Package: 3.5L to 5L (depending on work experience)
