Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is a full time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, created for fresh engineering graduates who want to start their careers in a manufacturing and process-plant environment.

The role provides practical exposure to production, maintenance, process engineering, utilities, plant operations, projects, safety, and continuous improvement. Graduate Engineer Trainees will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of industrial operations, equipment, processes, and engineering practices.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in monitoring plant and equipment performance, supporting production and maintenance activities, participating in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, maintaining engineering and operational records, monitoring process parameters, assisting in technical documentation, and contributing to productivity, reliability, quality, and process-improvement initiatives.





The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, willing to work in a plant environment, and interested in building a long-term career in engineering, manufacturing, production, maintenance, process operations, or plant management.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals, manufacturing processes, plant machinery, industrial operations, or process systems.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop practical engineering skills.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, process, quality, utilities, projects, and engineering teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, engineering drawings, technical documentation, or reporting will be an advantage.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Internship, apprenticeship, industrial training, or academic project experience in manufacturing, food processing, chemical processing, mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, or industrial operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Solid focus on safety, discipline, adaptability, learning, and continuous improvement.
