/Responsibilities:

- Learn and support day-to-day production activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in achieving production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Support production Supervisors in process improvement initiatives.
- Learn and support production-related system activities in SAP.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities.

Experience:





- Passed out in the current year or within the last 1 year.

Education Qualification:

- B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

IT Skills:

- MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Languages:

- Tamil and English.
