Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Hostel: Women’s Hostel

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Matrusri Education Society is looking for a responsible and well-organized Hostel Administrator to manage the day-to-day activities of our Women’s Hostel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hostel administration and operations.
- Coordinate with students, parents, hostel staff and college administration.
- Maintain student records, registers and attendance.
- Ensure discipline, safety, cleanliness and proper hostel functioning.
- Address student concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor hostel entry and exit procedures.




- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other support staff.
- Report hostel-related issues to the concerned authorities.

Eligibility
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, approachable and well-organized.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
