Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and explain gold loan schemes/process.
- Assess gold purity and conduct accurate valuation.
- Manage gold packing, storage, release, and loan closure.
- Handle cash transactions for disbursal, interest collection & closure.
- Update CUID/LOS and maintain branch records & registers.
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance.
- Follow up with customers for timely payments.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan journey.
