Role Description The GLOBAL PROJECT FUNDING EXPERT AS CO-FOUNDER will lead the design and execution of global funding strategies to support Cellumantra’s scale-up and commercialization roadmap. This full-time remote role includes identifying and qualifying international grant programs, climate and impact funds, and strategic investment opportunities aligned with green biotech and circular economy goals. The person in this role will prepare high-quality funding proposals, investment decks, and business cases, and coordinate due diligence activities with investors, donors, and institutional partners.

They will build and nurture relationships with funding bodies, development agencies, corporates, and ecosystem partners, while collaborating closely with the founding team on financial planning, project structuring, and growth milestones. As a co-founder,



the role also involves contributing to overall company strategy, representing the startup at global conferences and pitch events, and supporting long-term partnerships that accelerate market entry and technology deployment.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical skills to evaluate funding instruments, model project economics, and assess risk–return profiles.
- Excellent communication skills for crafting compelling proposals, pitches, and investor materials, and for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proven sales and relationship-building abilities to secure commitments from investors, grant agencies, and strategic partners.
- Marketing aptitude to position Cellumantra in global climate-tech and bioeconomy ecosystems and enhance visibility among funders.
- Research skills to identify relevant international funding calls, impact financing mechanisms, and policy-linked opportunities.
- Experience in project finance, venture funding, or impact investing, preferably in climate-tech, cleantech, bioeconomy, or related sectors.
- Track record of successfully securing grants, blended finance, or equity funding for startups or innovation projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, startup environment, with a collaborative mindset and long-term ownership perspective.
