Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Job Requirements :
- 10-30 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
- Solid understanding of regulatory affairs in the real estate industry.
- Excellent liaison skills for effective communication with government agencies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion.
