Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Projects to lead and manage project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and effective coordination across all project functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end construction and project execution activities.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Management.
- Review project progress and provide regular MIS/progress reports to senior management.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors and ensure timely execution of work.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Billing, MEP, QS, and other project teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle escalations and resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Drive productivity and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
- 15–20 years of overall experience in project execution and construction.
- Builder/Real Estate Developer company experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale real estate/construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.
- Solid leadership, team management, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of project cost control, quality management, and timelines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently working with reputed real estate builder/developer companies will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong end-to-end project execution experience will be highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
