Eureka windoor systems is hiring for "General Manager - Factory operations" for Bangalore (Dabaspet).

Experience - 10 to 15 years.

CTC - 15 - 28 Lacs.

Location - Dabaspet , Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

· Production: Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

· Factory Operations: Manage the complete factory including production, planning, stores, quality, maintenance, packing and dispatch.

· Productivity: Improve machine and manpower utilization, production efficiency and overall factory output.

· Quality: Ensure consistent product quality and reduce rejection, rework, wastage and customer complaints.

· Material Management: Control consumption and wastage of uPVC profiles, reinforcement, glass, hardware, gaskets and other materials.

· Planning & Delivery: Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores and Dispatch to ensure on-time production and delivery.

· Maintenance: Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.

· Cost Control: Control manufacturing costs, overtime, wastage and operating expenses and drive continuous cost reduction.

· Manpower: Lead, motivate and develop factory staff, supervisors and workers; ensure discipline and productivity.

· Safety: Ensure a safe working setting,



proper PPE usage and compliance with factory safety and statutory requirements.

· Systems & Improvement: Implement SOPs, 5S, Lean/Kaizen and other systems to improve efficiency and discipline.

· MIS & KPIs: Monitor and report production, productivity, quality, wastage, downtime, manpower, inventory and delivery performance to Management.

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.

· Experience: 12–20 years in manufacturing, preferably 5+ years in a senior factory/plant management role.

· Experience in uPVC doors and windows, aluminium doors and windows, fenestration, extrusion, fabrication, building products or a closely related manufacturing industry will be strongly preferred

· Experience managing a factory with multiple departments and significant manpower.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies is preferred.
