We are hiring a General Manager – Operations for a well-established philanthropic organization committed to driving sustainable community development across India. /n Location: Surat, Gujarat (Preference for Gujarati candidates) /n Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in an NGO, Trust, or Foundation) /n CTC: ₹20-40 LPA /n Eligibility /n /n

- Education: B.Com. (Mandatory)

- Additional qualification preferred: LLB, M.Com., MBA (Finance), or CA

- Excellent English communication skills

/n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

/n

- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

/n

- Develop and manage MIS, dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

/n

- Ensure statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits.

/n

- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders.

/n

- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators.

/n

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

/n

- Drive field implementation across rural, tribal,



and urban communities.
