JOB OPENING – Senior-level Electrical Design profile

Ohm Encon Pvt. Ltd. | Vadodara

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design & Engineering to lead electrical design activities, manage engineering deliverables, and provide technical guidance for Switchyard & Substation projects.

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or M.E. / M. Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 10 – 15 Years of relevant experience in Electrical Design / Switchyard / Substation projects

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Lead and manage Electrical Design & Engineering activities
- Design and engineering of 11 kV to 765 kV Switchyards & Substations.
- Review and finalize SLDs, layouts and design calculations
- CT/PT sizing, conductor sizing, cable sizing
- Sag-Tension calculations, Earthing / Grounding and Lightning Protection design
- Load Flow, Short Circuit & Relay Setting & Coordination
- Review of Switchyard, Earthing, ELCP,



Cable Trench and Lighting layouts
- Review of vendor offers and vendor drawings.
- Lead and mentor the Engineering team.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of engineering deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams.
- Coordinate with Civil & Structural engineering team.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions and project reviews
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support as required.

Software Knowledge: AutoCAD | ETAP | Dialux | MS Office
