- Lead and oversee Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories.
- Ensure productive seed production planning, processing, quality, and inventory management.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across departments.
- Coordinate with senior management on business planning and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations,



quality standards, and company policies.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
