- Curriculum & Content (Classes

Strengthen and refine the existing G&S; curriculum across four age groups (Classes 4 5,

6 7, 8 10 and 11 12) through regular review and revision cycles.



Plan and lead structured pause points across the approximately 25 30 sessions per group per year to assess student progress, reflect on learning, and revise content based on field observations.



Design and administer knowledge assessments and reflection tools to track what children are learning and where gaps remain.



Work with designated observers to deliver structured feedback to both students and facilitators after sessions.

- Facilitator Training & Mentorship

Desired Profile

Essential

Experience and background

At least 5 years of direct, hands on work in gender and sexuality education, adolescent health,

child rights or a closely related field with a significant portion of that time spent working directly with children and adolescents aged 10 18.

Demonstrated experience facilitating sessions on sensitive topics including gender, bodies,

relationships, consent, puberty, safety and LGBTQIA+ issues with children and adolescents from low income or first generation learner communities.

Experience designing or strengthening educational content or curriculum, preferably across multiple age groups.

Programme and planning skills

Ability to plan and manage a structured programme calendar independently including session planning, pause points, review cycles and annual revisions across multiple age groups simultaneously.

Strong documentation skills ability to write session guides, facilitator handbooks, r eflection tools and assessment instruments clearly and systematically.

Working knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation able to design easy tools to track learning outcomes, facilitator practice and staff awareness, and use data to improve the programme.
