Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect / GenAI Technical Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Python, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LangChain, Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock, and AI solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Build GenAI applications using Python for chatbots, summarization, intelligent automation, and decision-support use cases.
- Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI-based solutions.
- Develop and fine-tune ML/LLM models for classification, prediction, and business decision support.
- Design scalable AI architectures integrating enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
- Deploy and manage AI models using Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, and Cognitive Services.
- Work with AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and Bedrock, along with data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, automation platforms, and data sources.
- Drive model lifecycle management, monitoring, performance optimization, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Developers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.

- Identify suitable use cases for RAG, fine-tuning, prompting, agents, and other GenAI techniques.
- Optimize model/application performance and scalability.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI solutions.
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging GenAI technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS AI services.
- Strong problem-solving and system-design capabilities.
- Experience integrating GenAI with enterprise workflows and automation.

Education Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
