Role Description The Gem and Tender Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Dholka, responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to government tenders and GeM portal operations. The role involves searching and evaluating relevant tenders and GeM opportunities, checking eligibility criteria, and coordinating with internal teams or clients to gather required information. The Executive prepares and organizes tender and GeM documentation, assists in bid preparation and submission,



and ensures compliance with government guidelines and deadlines.

Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of tenders and bids, updating GeM listings and profiles, tracking bid status, and communicating progress and requirements to stakeholders. The role may also support the development of bid strategies, respond to queries from government departments or clients, and contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of tender and GeM processes.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of government tendering processes, public procurement norms, and GeM portal operations.
- Ability to search, analyze, and interpret tender documents, eligibility criteria, and bid conditions.
- Proficiency in documentation management, including preparing, organizing, and reviewing tender and GeM-related paperwork.
- Comfort with using online portals and tools, including GeM and other e-tender platforms, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in government tenders, GeM operations, or procurement consulting is highly beneficial.
- Relevant educational background in business, commerce, management, or a related field is preferred.
