Quality Control
- Implement in-line quality checks at every stage — cutting, sewing, and finishing — to catch defects early.
- Conduct random and final inspections against buyer specifications, approved samples, and AQL standards.
- Maintain measurement checks (size charts/spec sheets) and ensure garments meet tolerance limits.
- Identify root causes of recurring defects and coordinate corrective action with the sewing line/operators.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and defect logs for internal tracking and buyer audits.
- Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality manuals, trims/accessories approvals, and needle/metal detection policies.
Finishing & Packing

- Ensure basic machine maintenance is carried out and coordinate with the mechanic for breakdowns.
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organised production floor.

- Flag delays, quality risks, or shortages (fabric, trims, manpower) proactively.

- Basic computer literacy (production reports, WhatsApp/email communication with buyers/merchandisers).
- Good communication skills; working knowledge of English/Hindi and the local language.
Key Attributes

- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
- Able to multitask across sewing, quality, and packing simultaneously in a small-unit setup.
