Role & responsibilities

Proficient in .NET (C#) and Python for backend development.

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular is highly desirable
- A partial, unordered list of additionally useful skills includes CSS3, HTML5, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, DBT, Talend and other data ingestion/ETL tools.
- Comfortable working in an Agile and DevOps environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Postgres and snowflake).
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks or cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, TensorFlow, etc.).

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deploy web applications using the Microsoft .NET, Python, React, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development and testing phases.
- Collaborate with team members to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and scalability.




- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- 3+ years of experience in a full-time development role. Academic projects and/or side projects may be considered as well.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- Proficient in .NET (C#) and Python for backend development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Strong understanding of .NET framework and .NET Core
- Experience with front end technologies React, Angular, Html, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedure, triggers, function, and database design.
- Good understanding of microservice architecture development.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks or cloud-based AI services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong understanding of scaling and migrating to newer version of .NET
