Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power AcreAce’s real estate platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI and data-driven features, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

The role involves collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams to turn business and user requirements into reliable technical solutions and to improve existing features based on user feedback. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi,



with a focus on building robust systems that support a seamless property discovery and evaluation experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building APIs and working with server-side frameworks.
- Hands-on Full-Stack Development experience, including integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, production-ready applications.
- Solid understanding of web application architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with secure, scalable, and testable code practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and translate product needs into technical tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in real estate, legal-tech, or AI-driven platforms is a plus, along with familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
