Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full and Final Settlement Executive based in Goregaon. The role involves managing end-to-end full and final settlement processes for employees, including calculating payable amounts, verifying inputs from HR and Payroll, and ensuring timely disbursement in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Executive is expected to maintain accurate records, reconcile settlement data, and prepare reports or summaries for internal stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with HR, Finance, and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies, answering queries related to settlements,



and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. The role also requires adherence to data confidentiality standards and support during audits or internal reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately with financial data and calculations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR processes, full and final settlement workflows, and basic understanding of payroll and statutory components (e.g., gratuity, PF, tax deductions).
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools, with the ability to create, update, and analyze spreadsheets and reports.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and respond to employee queries professionally.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, meet timelines, and maintain accurate documentation.
- A graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field is preferred; experience in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and willingness to learn and adapt to process changes and digital tools.
