Senior Full Stack Engineer - InsuranceSummary An exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET/.NET Core, Python, cloud, data platforms, and DevOps. The role involves designing scalable enterprise solutions and driving technology delivery within the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using .NET, .NET Core, and Python.
- Define and implement robust application architecture aligned with business, security, and operational requirements.
- Lead the design of modern data architectures including relational databases, NoSQL/document stores, star schemas, data lakes, and streaming pipelines.
- Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end solutions integrating application, data, and infrastructure components.
- Provide guidance on infrastructure topologies across on-premises and cloud environments, including VMs, containers, Kubernetes/AKS, and Azure services.
- Drive adoption of SDLC and DevOps practices including CI/CD, code quality, release automation, environment management, and agile delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, data engineers, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Ensure solutions deliver resilience, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Leverage insurance industry knowledge to align technology solutions with business processes and objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, .NET Core, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL/document databases, dimensional modeling/star schemas, data lakes, and streaming/event-driven architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments, including virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes/AKS, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, automated deployments, and version control.
- Ability to design fast, agile, robust, and scalable enterprise solutions with a strong engineering mindset.
- Good understanding of the insurance industry, including domain processes, systems, and business context.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
