We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Telecaller to join our team in the Immigration & Overseas Education industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Explain our Immigration, PR Visa, Study Abroad and Overseas Education services.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Schedule appointments with counsellors and immigration consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams.
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to walk-in clients.

Requirements:





- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, front office, education consultancy, immigration or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.

Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday : 10AM - 6PM
