Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Pema Wellness Retreat, located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area.

The Front Office

Executive will be responsible for managing receptionist duties and greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, coordinating front desk operations,



and maintaining an inviting and organized reception area. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring seamless communication and support for guest needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including handling calls, managing schedules, and greeting guests
- Excellent Communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
- Customer Service abilities to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for guests
- Knowledge and experience in Front Office operations
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues promptly
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is highly advantageous
