Role Description The Front Desk Staff role is a full-time, in office position based at The Fiori Resort near Bengaluru. This role involves welcoming guests on arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing clear information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone calls and email inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate guest records.

ensure the lobby and reception area are well-presented, and follow resort policies to support smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills for handling inquiries, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
- Candidates should possess basic Computer Literacy skills to operate reservation systems, email, and standard office software.
- Relevant experience in front desk, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a calm, solution-focused approach in busy periods.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a willingness to learn resort procedures and local area information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certifications are an advantage.
