Role Description

Division- UK

- Assist in processing insurance claims and policy-related transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Perform prorata premium calculations for policy cancellations, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
- Review claim-related documentation and verify policy details for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records in internal insurance systems.




- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential risks during claim reviews and escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information and resolve queries.
- Support claims handlers in delivering high-quality service to UK clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

Qualifications

- B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBI, BBIA, or any Commerce-related degree.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of General Insurance or Financial Services.
- Internship or academic project exposure related to finance, insurance, or accounting will be an added advantage.
