- Ability to work independently and in teams under agile methodologies

Role-Specific Expectations

Backend Development

- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Basics of REST APIs, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG

AI / ML Engineering

- Strong Java and basic ML/AI knowledge
- Exposure to ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Understanding of data preprocessing and model evaluation

Business Development

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Understanding of SaaS / B2B product space is a plus
- Willingness to explore outreach, client engagement, and presales

UI Development

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Exposure to Angular, Ionic, or any front-end frameworks
- Awareness of responsive design and frontend debugging





Quality Assurance / Testing

- Understanding of testing methodologies (manual/automation)
- Exposure to tools like Selenium, Postman, JUnit, or similar
- Clear grasp of defect tracking and documentation

Functional Consulting / Business Analysis

- Interest in domains like eCommerce, ERP, CRM, Supply Chain
- Analytical mindset and requirement-gathering ability
- Good documentation and communication skills

UX Engineering / Design

- Basic knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Portfolio of UX/UI projects (even academic)

DevOps Engineering

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to tools like GitLab, Docker, SonarQube
- Knowledge of basic Linux commands and cloud environments

Scrum Master / Coordination

- Strong organizational and people skills
- Interest in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Willingness to coordinate cross-functional teams

Job Responsibilities Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, or QA to build scalable product features
- Participate in the design, development, testing, or functional analysis phases
- Write clean and maintainable code, test cases, or technical documentation (for technical roles)
- Conduct requirement analysis, functional research, or customer interaction (for BA roles)
- Create UX wireframes, prototypes, or visual designs (for UX roles)
- Support DevOps and release pipelines, including automation and monitoring setup
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and contribute to planning sessions
