Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for fresher graduates with strong English language and computer skills. The role involves supporting daily logistics operations, preparing and updating shipment documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Responsibilities include communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners by email or phone, entering and checking data, and assisting with tracking and coordinating shipments. The selected candidate will learn company processes, follow standard operating procedures,



and contribute to smooth and timely freight movement.

Qualifications

- Good written and spoken English communication skills, including clear email writing and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable use of online tools.
- Solid attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to follow processes and documentation requirements.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution; fresher candidates are welcome.
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade, with willingness to learn and develop in the freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment in Mumbai and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with colleagues and customers.
