Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Shopify & WordPress Developer / Designer to work with us on various website and eCommerce projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining responsive websites and online stores using WordPress and Shopify.

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity. Projects will be assigned based on client requirements, available workload, and the candidate's skills and availability. There may be opportunities for ongoing and recurring work based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Customize Shopify themes, sections, templates, and Liquid code.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive websites.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Manage Shopify products, collections, variants, and store functionality when required.
- Develop and customize WooCommerce websites.
- Implement Shopify apps, WordPress plugins, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate clearly throughout the project.
- Participate in project discussions or client meetings when technical clarification is required.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Liquid, Shopify 2.0, and theme customization.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with Shopify apps, WordPress plugins, and customizations.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.




- Experience with Figma-to-website implementation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website performance, and optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong portfolio of completed Shopify and WordPress projects.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
- Good communication and responsiveness.
- Ability to handle multiple projects when required.
- Availability for project discussions and technical clarification when needed.
- Please provide live links to previous Shopify and WordPress projects.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Experience with Shopify API, WordPress REST API, or third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus.
- Experience with international client projects.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and standard development workflows.
