As we expand our training operations across India, we are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Freelance Trainers who can deliver high-quality online and offline sessions for students, working professionals, colleges, and corporate learners.

Role Overview

We are hiring passionate SAP professionals who can train learners on SAP S/4HANA and the latest SAP technologies using real-time business scenarios, hands-on exercises, and project-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led SAP S/4HANA training in online and offline formats.
- Conduct practical, project-based sessions with real business use cases.
- Train freshers, experienced professionals, and corporate participants.
- Prepare learners for SAP projects, interviews, certifications, and job readiness.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, assignments, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective batch delivery and learner engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–15+ years of hands-on SAP consulting, implementation, rollout, or support experience.
- Robust expertise in one or more SAP S/4HANA functional or technical modules.
- Working knowledge of the latest SAP ecosystem, including SAP BTP and AI capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Prior training, mentoring, or corporate knowledge-sharing experience is preferred.

Knowledge SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Trainers should have a working understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and be able to teach students foundational concepts, including:

- Public Cloud architecture and landscape.
- Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- SAP Best Practices.
- Public Cloud vs On-Premise.
- Core business processes and navigation.
