We are looking for an experienced

Lead Generation Specialist with prior experience in

US Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO

. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and have a robust understanding of the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads for US Staffing and RPO services.

- Identify potential clients including staffing firms, recruitment agencies, MSPs, and direct employers.

- Research companies, hiring managers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Managers, and decision-makers.

- Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites, databases, email, and other sourcing platforms for lead generation.

- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists with company, contact, designation, email, phone, and LinkedIn information.

- Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

- Qualify prospects based on their staffing/RPO requirements.

- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.

- Maintain daily activity and lead-generation reports.

- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain CRM records.

- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.





Required Skills

- 1–3+ years of experience in US Staffing/RPO lead generation or business development.

- Previous experience working with US clients or staffing companies is strongly preferred.

- Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment industry.

- Experience identifying HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and staffing decision-makers.

- Strong LinkedIn and internet research skills.

- Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

- Good written and verbal English communication.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working independently during the US night shift.

- Experience with CRM/lead-management tools is preferred.
