Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Acquiring Recent Franchisees & Business development via these partners
- Responsible for Revenue & growth of the franchisees
- Conduct prospects meetings for franchisee sales
- Support franchisee for Business development, new client account opening & cross-selling of all Products
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training and support to new franchisees
- Handle operational co-ordination, Compliance & issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to all the regulatory & organization policies.

Personnel Specification* Education - Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience - 3 - 5 years experience in financial services, broking or BFSI.
