- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies to increase market presence.
- Identify and acquire prospective franchise partners through market mapping, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct franchise presentations, business prospect meetings, and negotiations.
- Evaluate franchisee suitability, financial strength, and business potential.
- Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding and launch processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for successful franchise setup.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to drive business performance.
- Monitor franchise sales, profitability, and operational compliance.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide support to improve franchise productivity.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve franchise acquisition, revenue, and expansion targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in Franchise Development, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Retail Expansion within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and distribution networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
