We’re Hiring: Fragrance Evaluator | Aéromé
Can you smell what others can’t? Then we want you.
At Aéromé, we’re not just creating fragrances. We’re building olfactory identities for some of the most premium brands, spaces, hotels, retail environments and experiences in India.
We’re looking for a Fragrance Evaluator who can go beyond simply saying “this smells positive.”
You should have the nose, curiosity and sensitivity to understand why a fragrance works, where it belongs, how it evolves and what emotion it creates.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate fine fragrances, ambient fragrances, perfumes and fragrance compositions
- Conduct sensory evaluations and provide structured olfactory feedback
- Identify notes, accords, nuances, performance and fragrance characteristics
- Work closely with our perfumers and fragrance development team
- Evaluate fragrances against briefs, benchmarks and client expectations
- Assist in developing signature scents for premium brands and experiences
- Maintain fragrance libraries and evaluation records
- Stay constantly curious about global fragrance trends, ingredients and olfactory innovation
What we’re looking for
Experience in fragrance is preferred — but an exceptional nose and genuine passion for scent matter even more.
You should have
- Excellent olfactory sensitivity
- Strong ability to articulate what you smell
- Understanding of fragrance families, notes and accords
- A highly trained or naturally discerning nose
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Curiosity about perfumery, ingredients and the fragrance industry
- The ability to evaluate objectively rather than simply based on personal preference
