Founding Product Manager / Technical Product Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid

Experience: 3–5+ years

Compensation: Up to ₹50 LPA

We’re hiring a Founding Product Manager for a fast-growing B2B SaaS product in the AI, video, and documentation space.

This is a 0→1 / product innovation role, not a traditional roadmap or execution-heavy PM role. You’ll work closely with engineering to identify product gaps, uncover recent opportunities, and build differentiated capabilities that improve activation, retention, and user experience.

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5+ years of product management experience in SaaS / technical products
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering
- Experience building and shipping new product capabilities
- Strong product sense and ability to identify opportunities independently
- Exposure to AI, video, documentation, productivity, workflow automation, PLG, or developer tools is a strong plus




- Ability to think beyond customer requests and anticipate what users will need next
- Strong product/technical pedigree — IITs, top NITs, BITS or comparable institutions preferred

You’ll be expected to:

- Identify retention and activation gaps
- Discover product opportunities before customers ask for them
- Translate technical possibilities into differentiated product features
- Partner closely with engineers on product depth and technical trade-offs
- Bring strong product imagination and an “AHA!” factor to what gets built

Not a fit if: your experience is primarily dashboards, admin workflows, basic UI optimization, or simply translating Sales/CS requests into features.

Compensation: Up to ₹50 LPA, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
