What You’ll Do

- Own the organic search roadmap end to end: technical foundations, content strategy, and authority building.
- Lead technical SEO — Core Web Vitals, schema/structured data, crawl and indexation health, site architecture — working directly with engineering.




- Build content and search-intent strategy mapped to the B2B buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
- Develop and execute AI-search / GEO strategy: optimize for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini through entities, structured data, and extractable content.
- Build ethical, white-hat authority through high-quality content, digital PR, and earned links (no PBNs or link schemes).
- Own SEO analytics and reporting in GA4 and Google Search Console; translate data into prioritized, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, demand gen, and engineering teams.
- Tie SEO performance to business outcomes — pipeline, conversions, and revenue — not just traffic.

Who You Are

- You bring 2-4 years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS. If you worked Series A/B company scaling revenue more than $5Mn is ++
- You thrive in early-stage environments, ready to own projects end-to-end, drive rapid growth, and build out the GTM function into a scalable operation.
- Skilled at building and managing different channels - SEO, Outbound, social, etc.
