About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Member — Growth & Sales to build the commercial side of Reframe Studios from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founder to figure out who we should sell to, how to reach them, how to create demand, and how to turn opportunities into revenue.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and validate Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Research markets and potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold email, DMs, LinkedIn, communities, partnerships, referrals, content, and other channels.
- Start conversations and build relationships with prospects.
- Conduct discovery and sales calls.
- Handle objections, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline.




- Develop repeatable outreach and sales processes.
- Generate repeat business, referrals, and partnerships.
- Continuously improve positioning, offers, pricing, and acquisition strategy.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is

- Interested in sales, growth, business development, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations.
- Strong at communication and relationship building.
- Self-driven and highly ownership-oriented.
- Comfortable with experimentation and uncertainty.
- Excited about building a company rather than working in a predefined role.

Bonus: B2B sales, outbound, agency, media, content, marketing, CRM, or business development experience.

Equity

- 20% initial equity
- Up to 5% additional performance-based equity
- Up to 25% total potential equity

Final terms including vesting, milestones, dilution, responsibilities, and IP will be documented in a written agreement.
