Role Description

You'll be a core part of a small, high-ownership team, working across our React Native app and MERN backend from feature ideation to production deployment.

You're a fit if you:

- Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with React Native and MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Have shipped mobile apps to production on both Play Store and App Store
- Are comfortable with deployments on GCP and Firebase
- Use modern AI dev tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar - we move fast and expect you to as well
- Own a MacBook (Optional, required for iOS development)
- Thrive in early-stage environments - fast iterations, real ownership, no hand-holding

Valuable to have

- Experience with real-time features or AI integrations
- Familiarity with Firebase AI or similar tooling
