Role: Founders Office - Operations

Brief: As Founder Office - Operations, you will be the operational backbone of the leadership office. You will directly work with COO across every function - supply chain, customer experience, warehouse and vendor management - ensuring nothing falls under the cracks. This is not a traditional secretarial role. It’s a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone sharp enough to understand the business and hungry enough to grow with it.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the COO and be his go-to person/right hand person
- Liaison between COO and other stakeholders
- Be involved in factory setup execution
- Willing to travel as per management’s requirement
- Track all action items across meeting and ensure follows-ups when required




- Flag blockers proactively before they become problems
- Prepare reports, presentations and conduct research
- Manage all travel planning - flights, hotels, ground transport (if required)

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

- 1 to 4 years of experience in EA, Operations Associate or equivalent ownership role
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Advance proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to travel

Additional Requirement

- Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
- Understanding of operations
- Experience supporting a founder, COO, or equivalent senior leader
- Prior experience in Operations
- AI Adaptability
