Growth, Strategy and Partnerships Intern
Role summary
Support BCG’s market expansion, business development, and partnership initiatives by conducting market research, generating leads, executing outreach, and managing partnership pipelines. You will work directly with founders and consulting teams on growth roadmaps and client acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across industries and markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Conduct market research, industry mapping, and competitive analysis.
- Drive client acquisition: LinkedIn/email outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.
- Maintain CRM, track partnership pipelines, and report business development metrics.
- Coordinate with consulting teams on growth-focused deliverables and founder-led initiatives.

Preferred skills

Talent Strategy & Human Capital Intern
Role summary: Contribute to building BCG’s talent ecosystem by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and leadership development initiatives while working closely with leadership teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across functions; manage recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding logistics.
- Support employer branding, talent outreach, and recruitment reporting.
- Maintain talent trackers and collect candidate/employee feedback to improve processes.
- Assist on leadership development and organizational-development initiatives.
Required competencies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.
- Organizational ability, attention to detail, and relationship management.
Preferred skills
- Experience with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiting, HR analytics, and Excel.

AI, Automation & Business Intelligence Intern
Role summary
Support BCG’s digital transformation projects by building AI-assisted workflows, automation solutions, dashboards, and data-driven systems that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines (Make, Zapier, n8n) and CRM optimizations.
- Develop dashboards and BI solutions; conduct data analysis and performance reporting.
- Research emerging AI technologies and prototype proofs-of-concept.
- Identify automation opportunities and design productivity-enhancing systems.
- Collaborate with consulting and growth teams on tech-enabled client work
