Role Description The Founders Office Intern will work closely with CXOs to support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with project-based research and analysis, coordinating and communicating differnt departments withinn the publishing house, and supporting project management for recent educational products and updates. The intern will help streamline communication between departments, document processes,



and contribute to improving internal workflows and decision-making.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring regular collaboration with the founders and core teams.

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal communication.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project coordination.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g.,AI tools, word processing, etc) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and following through on tasks.
- Interest in education, publishing, or edtech and a genuine commitment to supporting learners and educators.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; backgrounds in education, business, or humanities are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Nagpur and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful work style.
